 Today we made shapes with GEO blocks.

They had fun with this! Some of them did not even

know they were doing math : )

Exploring our world.

We have been using our 5 senses to explore

God's beautiful world this week. Both classes

joined together on Friday for some fun listening,

tasting, and smelling games.

Apple or potato?  Can you smell the difference?

Fun with Freddy

 Congratulations! Nathan, on winning the sling shot competition on Friday!  Freddy got to spend the whole day with Mrs. Burchfield's class!!!!

Freddy watched closely as we learned Math, Bible, and Language.

We sure had fun sharing our day with Freddy!!

First graders are awesome!

 They love showing their boxes and telling the class what

was inside. They wanted everyone to guess. They

gave some really good hints!

 Each class made reading wands for the children to use

while they are reading! These will help us become

much better readers!

 Counting and sorting skittles!

 We have been working very hard this week on our special

project!! You will love it!

 We had so much fun doing math with our skittles!!!

 We sorted them by colors and then made a graph!
