Today we counted, sorted, added and subtracted our 100 things. It was so fun!

100th DAY OF SCHOOL!

Mrs. Amelia Beckham came to visit the first grade yesterday.

She will be 99 on February 17th. We learned so much

by listening to her talk and tell stories.

The children loved having the opportunity to ask

her questions. They asked her ALOT of different things!

It was a very fun experience for everyone!

The other classes loved seeing our "old" people!

It was fun for them to talk about when they dressed up

like they were 100 years old.

we did a writting prompt today. when I drink hot chocolate I usually...

they wrote about the times they have had hot chocolate before. Then we did a craft to go along with it.

Dance Break!!

We worked so hard all morning! We took several test and
did many different challenging things.We had to take a break
and have dance time! The kids love to do play silly songs
and get their wiggles out!

BPAC

We walked to the BPAC Wednesday to see the Junie
B. Jones play! We LOVED it! The play talked about
her first grade experiences. The kids loved this. It was
such a great time for our grade!
