October fun!!



October is Fire Prevention week.  Thank you to the  Cleveland fire department for coming to PDS  to teach us about fire prevention.

Book Baby Shower

My sweet class gave me a baby shower in Honor of Mary Gibson. 

They all brought books to build her a library. 

The books will always be very special to me. I know she will 

love reading them! Thank you everyone who helped do this.

 First grade has a very cute dance they have been working on for 

the P.D.S hoedown! They worked really hard Friday!! 

Busy day in first grade!! We worked on a fun grammar project. We traced and cut out question marks then covered them in question words.

We are learning a lot in math! Today we were adding sums to 11. We used the blocks to help us.

First Grade Field Trip

Bull Bottom Farms was a hit with our first graders! They had so much for everyone to do. They loved the huge slide, hay ride, corn pool and hay maze. It was such a fun day!
